The tides are so great here, you just enter the yard, let the tide fall, close the gate, and you can work on your boat.	Here you see a sign over my head that reads 0.0. There is a sill which raises at the gate behind me. On the other side of the sill, the water is already 3 or 4 feet below the water next to me.
